Below are some of the common Frequently Asked Questions we receive. These will also provide you with further information about our Graduate Programme.

What skills are required?

You must be a degree level graduate preferably in STEM subjects. You will have a curious mind together with solid communication and problem-solving skills. As a team player you enjoy collaborating on projects and working with diverse teams. The role will require regular visits to client sites, therefore a willingness to travel and work away from home is required.

What type of work will I undertake?

We have a number of development paths aligned to our practices to create Consultants of the future for some of the most in demand specialisms in the market.

Working with us you will gain exposure to well-known brands across multiple industries undertaking Consultancy work in data management, to drive successful outcomes for our clients.

What type of training and development will I receive?

You will be working for a company that encourages continuous training and development. Supported by line managers and team leaders that are passionate about the work we undertake for our clients, to ensure we can deliver the best solutions with our talented people.

You will benefit from fully paid training in some of the latest platforms and technologies from our strategic partners including Microsoft Azure, Informatica, AWS, Snowflake and Streamsets.

Additionally, you will be supported throughout the programme to develop your consultancy and technical skills aligned to industry skills such as DDaT (Data, Digital and Technology) and SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age). This is the global skills and competency framework for a digital world.

How long is the graduate programme?

The Graduate Programme is 18 months in duration for successful candidates with frequent check-points along the way to ensure you are supported by the company.

What is the Agile Solutions academy?

The Agile Academy is our graduate training and development programme, we work closely with external suppliers to provide you with data specific fundamentals to ensure that you have the right foundations to kickstart your consulting journey, this will cover the basics of Data Visualisation, Development and Data Analytics coupled with our own complementary consulting skills training.

As you develop in the programme the academy also has different specialist learning tracks which will allow you to gain exposure in different disciplines in data consulting including but not limited to:

  • Streaming
  • Cloud Data Integration
  • Data Engineering
  • Dev-ops
  • Cloud Engineering
  • Data Governance

Our courses are supported by Software driven development tracks from our partners including Informatica, Amazon, Microsoft and Streamsets.

When does the programme start?

What happens at the end of the Graduate Programme?

During the programme you will progress with us as an Analyst Developer along a structured career path. You will gain training and certifications, practical onsite experience and the opportunity for promotion.
