Education Terms and Conditions

Course Booking

Once a Course Registration Form or Purchase Order is received by Agile, the booking is deemed confirmed.

Payments Terms

Normal procedure is to invoice you after the course has taken place. If you wish to make alternative financial arrangements, please let us know at the time of booking.
Payment is due 30 days net from the date of invoice.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Should you need to cancel a course please contact the appropriate course organiser. Any cancellation or change in delegate numbers made within ten (10) working days of the course start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full course price.

Course Changes

Agile reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as any change is known.

Course Prices

Course prices exclude VAT and flights (where applicable) but include all printed course materials, lunch and refreshments (at Agile premises only).

Agile reserves the right to levy an additional charge for travel time or course preparation. All additional charges will be clearly indicated on the written quotation. Course prices are dependent upon the number of delegates and the number of training days.

Course Timings

One day of training is deemed to be approximately eight hours including one hour for lunch and breaks. Daily schedule is as specified in the course details.

Course Topics

Course topics are provided as guidelines only. It may not be possible to cover all course topics. Additional materials may be added at the discretion of the instructor. Where appropriate Agile reserves the right to modify or withdraw course content without prior notification.

Courses at Customer Premises

It is the responsibly of the customer to ensure that the training room is available and setup as required for the course delivery as outlined in the 'Course Guidelines’.

Agile will provide a laptop for each delegate with the current version of Informatica installed on each machine.

Confidentiality

All information supplied by the customer will remain confidential.
