The Agile Academy (Graduate Program) is designed to help graduates take the first step from university into an exciting career in data, gaining exposure to different industry sectors. At Agile, you’ll be joining teams at the cutting-edge of data, analytics and engineering, working on projects that enable our clients to onboard emerging solutions and transform their business.

Graduate Opportunities

Here’s what you can expect from a graduate career as part of our Academy: a 12 month program with milestones that include the below:

Get practical experience

You’ll have exposure to a variety of different engagements and sectors, helping you to choose your career direction and specialisms. You’ll shadow consultants in client engagements, project work and customer-facing meetings, as well as collaborating as an analyst to apply your learnings in real-world engagements.

A data consulting career offers accelerated development compared to a departmental position. Our candidates are deployed where the market is busiest, allowing our specialists to move across industry verticals.

Consultancy soft skills

As well as technical skills development, you’ll also be trained, supported and mentored in skills you need to thrive in the world of work: from professional client communication to managing stakeholders.

Learn industry-specific skills

We work closely with external suppliers to provide you with data-specific fundamentals, giving you the right foundations to kickstart your consulting journey.

Explore specialist development tracks

As you progress through the programme, you’ll have access to specialist learning tracks that will allow you to gain exposure in different disciplines in data consulting, including Streaming, Cloud Data Integration, Data Engineering, Dev-ops, Cloud Engineering, Data Governance and more. All our development pathways are aligned with the industry standard, Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).

Every Agile employee also has access to our strong support network, including specialist support from core tech teams and technology champions, engagement leads and previous graduates.
