As Head of Customer Success Martin leads our end-to-end project delivery teams to ensure successful business outcomes for our customers. Martin builds trusted partnerships with our key technology partners to ensure his team understand the business value their solutions bring to our clients and ensure a highly collaborative approach to drive customer success. Martin also provides thought leadership into developing and deploying new Agile Solutions go-to-market offerings based on customer drivers and demand.

Background

Martin joined Agile Solutions in May 2023 and has a strong track record in developing and deploying complex Data and Analytics solutions spanning multiple industries over the last 30 years. Martin has expertise in engaging and understanding customer business context and drivers leading to business benefits realization and customer success. Martin has specific expertise in designing and deploying Data Strategy and Governance frameworks and associated organizational target operating models. He is passionate about his continued self-development and is educated to Doctorate, Master's and Degree level across three separate disciplines, namely Business, IT and Engineering.
