The Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at a utilities business were often called to assist the sales team by interpreting and extracting key information from contracts, regulations, and compliance papers. 

The SMEs were the only ones capable of reliably identifying the necessary information like key stakeholders, key responsibilities and expectations for the business, deadlines, penalties, and related contractual obligations. 

However, the frequent requirement for SME input was an inefficient and expensive use of their time, so Agile designed a Large Language Model to handle the process.
